Surprising statement from Huawei boss: I am an Apple fan!

In the technology world, we generally read about the fierce competition between giants and their sometimes sarcastic statements. We very rarely come across companies that appreciate their competitors. The latest example of this was Huawei.

Praise from Huawei to its rival

Huawei, which had a hard time and lost its share in the smartphone market due to the embargoes imposed by the USA, did not neglect to praise its rival Apple, which perhaps benefited the most from these restrictions.

Huawei founder Ren Zhengfei stated at an event he attended that he always appreciates Apple and that they often investigate what Apple does well in its products. Zhengfei emphasized that he felt lucky to have a good teacher in front of them and that they had the opportunity to make comparisons about what his company was missing.

Zhengfei went further and stated that the claim that he was an Apple fan was not an exaggeration. These statements made within the competition can be considered quite interesting. Despite the embargoes, Huawei advances its chip work and does not give up production in any way.
