After one of the biggest events in the gaming world, E3 was not held this year, the launch gap needs to be filled. Although Summer Game Fest will be held, Microsoft has already planned its own Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase.
When will Xbox Games Showcase Extended be released?
We know that Xbox and Bethesda will hold a gaming event on June 12. As part of the announcement that will take place on Sunday, Microsoft; will announce the trailer of their new game, its updates and what the players are curious about. However, it was stated that in addition to this event, another surprise launch will be held.
Xbox Games Showcase Extended, this event will take place on June 14th. In fact, as you can understand from the name, different games will not be announced, only more content about the introduced games will be included.
We don’t yet know what will be announced at the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase, but it looks like more information will be shared about Bethesda’s highly anticipated game Starfield. Bethesda, which postponed Starfield to 2023 a while ago, can show a gameplay video about the science fiction game.
In addition to information about Starfield, it is thought that Microsoft may announce a new Forza game and a sequel to the Fable series.
Last year’s Xbox Games Showcase featured Forza Horizon 5, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, STALKER 2, Flight Simulator, and some third-party games. Therefore, we expect the new event to be full.
Although Microsoft has not yet given details about the ‘extended’ event, it was stated that the launch will take up to 90 minutes. This could mean we’ll be seeing some interviews and additional gameplay videos during the showcase.
