The Kahramanmaraş earthquake, which took place on the morning of February 6 and was one of the worst disasters of recent years, unfortunately caused the destruction of many houses, the collapse of people and even the death of some of our citizens. Worst of all were the young children who lost their families in the earthquake.
While some families were shattered by the earthquake, the fate of the children who were rescued from the earthquake and whose families lost their lives was wondered. The Ministry of Family and Social Services made a statement on the subject.
Children whose families cannot be reached are registered.
In the statement made by the ministry, it is stated that the children who were taken out of the rubble or found on the street in the earthquake were recorded by the authorities and the known relatives of the children were tried to be reached. It was stated that the children whose families and relatives could not be reached were placed in relevant institutions and organizations, and if they have siblings, the children stay with their siblings.
