Global coffee company Starbucks has introduced Odyssey, its rewards program that allows the purchase of digital collectible stamps in NFT format.
Starbucks hinted at developing a Web3 experience in May when it announced plans to launch an NFT collection that enables unique experiences, community building, and customer engagement. Starbucks named the user-oriented program it launched Odyssey.
Starbucks Announces Polygon-Based Odyssey App
Starbucks Odyssey is customer-focused and designed to ensure continuity. It will be used for customers to purchase collectible stamps in NFT format.
Starbucks startup Odyssey will also be built on Polygon’s Proof-of-Stake network, a scaling tool on top of the Ethereum network.
Customers will be invited to join the waiting list to gain access to Starbucks Odyssey starting today.
