Terra official Yoo, who was recently arrested by South Korea, was released in about 48 hours.
Concentrating on the Terra crisis, South Korea continues to use its legal power. The Asian country created an intense agenda, especially with the decisions made about Terra co-founder Do Kwon. After Kwon’s arrest warrant and his passport were revoked, another move was made to the project official. Terra official Yoo was arrested for fraud by the prosecutor’s decision.
South Korean Judge Releases Terra Official
The arrest warrant issued for Terra Labs Operations Manager Yoo the other day was soon overturned by the country’s judge.
Judge Hong Jin-Pyo, who issued the release order, argued that the arrest warrant for the project official was unnecessary. According to the judge, Yoo resides with his family in Seoul. For this reason, he found it unnecessary to arrest the person who was also banned from leaving the country.
Terra’s Yoo was the first official to be arrested after the crisis in May. It is alleged that the person, who is on trial for manipulation and fraud crimes, is manipulating investors thanks to the bot algorithm he has set up.
