Sony Xperia Pro-I II images appeared with two 1-inch sensors!

Sony has recently launched the Xperia 1 V smartphone to the global market as the successor to its flagship Xperia 1 IV. On the other hand, there was no news about the Xperia Pro-I model, which stepped into the sector after 2021. According to rumors, Sony is preparing the successor of this model, and according to the rumors, the new device will be called Xperia Pro-I II.

Adding to the excitement, rumor has it that Sony plans to launch a smartphone equipped with a “double-layer transistor stacked pixel sensor” that will surpass the size of the already impressive 1.0″ Type sensor. This is the same technology that Sony recently launched on its Xperia 1 V smartphone, which it calls the Exmor T stacked sensor.

Sony has taken a unique approach by separating the photodiode and transistor and placing them in separate layers stacked together in its new smartphones, which are mostly aimed at professionals and the camera sensitive. This innovative design allows for individual adjustments to the size of each component, resulting in significant improvements in light capture and reduction in noise levels. Sony claims that the new camera sensor can offer twice the performance in low light conditions compared to its predecessor.
