In this context, the fact that Lumos Digital Mining in Australia started using solar energy in its facility attracted a lot of attention.

Angelo Kondylas, an official from Lumos Digital Mining, stated that the center has the potential to issue at least 100 Bitcoins per year, but the amount depends on how much power can be used.

It was also said that if there was a need to increase production, the company could draw power from the mains at some point. Located in the industrial city of Whyalla, the company also plans to guide other organizations that want to harness solar energy to get involved in Bitcoin mining.
