The Snapdragon 782G chipset is almost identical to the Snapdragon 778G+. 1 Kryo 670 Prime core (Cortex-A78) is clocked at 2.7GHz, 3 x Kryo 670 Gold (Cortex-A78) cores are running at 2.2GHz, and 4 Kryo 670 Silver (Cortex-A55) cores are running at 1.9GHz. While there is a performance increase of around 5 percent on the processor side, there is an improvement of around 10 percent on the graphics side.
We can say that this is the most important difference of the chip. Apart from this, features such as 6nm production process, 200MP cameras support, Quick Charge 4+, triple 14-bit ISP support, Snapdragon X53 modem, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 have not been touched. So only core performance and naming changes. The Snapdragon 782G chipset is expected to launch with the Honor 80.
