“@NonxCirno”, known for its leaks in the industry, shared the AnTuTu v10 score of the upcoming Qualcomm chip. The chip achieved an impressively high score of 1771106. This early-stage development score is for reference only and may not represent the performance of mass-produced devices, but it does offer a comprehensive look at the potential of Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship chip.
Geekbench 5 scores for Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 are also quite impressive. The processor managed to score 1700 points in single-core tests and 6 thousand 600 points in multi-core tests. In Geekbench 6, we see higher results. Because the chip scored 2 thousand 200 and 7 thousand points, respectively. These preliminary results show that even in the early stages of the chip, the focus is on a high-end user experience.
Qualcomm has set the launch date of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 as October 2023. The new processor will show itself at the company’s annual Snapdragon Summit. The event, which is planned to be held in Maui, Hawaii, will open its doors on October 24-26.
The new processor seems to surprise with its performance as well as its introduction date. According to the information received, the processor, which will gain a significant performance upgrade, will host the 3.7GHz Cortex-X4 core. Changes are also expected in the core architecture of the processor.
The most up-to-date chipset used today, Snadpragon 8 Gen 2, has Cortex-X3 architecture and operates at 3.2 GHz. This means that performance will be directly affected in daily use. In addition, the new processor is expected to have a 1+5+2 architecture, with one “super-large” core, five “large” cores and two “small” cores.
