Solana-based wallet platform Slope Wallet has announced that it will reward 10% of stolen funds if they are returned.

The Slope team made a call to the attackers by posting a Solana address on Twitter.

“Once we get the funds back, we will not make any further efforts to investigate the matter or take any legal action.”

The Slope team gave the attacker 48 hours to return the money. Slope also highlighted that they are working with blockchain firm TRM Labs and law enforcement to recover the stolen funds.

The attacker hacked Slope’s central server last Tuesday, accessing user keywords stored in plain text and using them to steal cryptocurrencies. This abuse caused thousands of Slope users to be affected.

The Slope Wallet attack came just after the attack on Nomad Bridge. $190 million in funds were stolen in the Nomad attack. Nomad managed to recover $22.4 million of the stolen funds.

Hacking attacks in the crypto industry continue. A short time ago, the deBridge founder also announced that the North Korean hacking group Lazarous Group carried out an attack with a fake e-mail.
