Cleanup. pictures, the application that aims to create professional product images without a photography studio, was created by the engineering team of Clipdrop. LaMA, one of Samsung’s artificial intelligence technologies, was used for the application where you can easily delete unwanted areas from the photo.
How does the app work?
The application works like the Spot healing brush tool in Adobe Photoshop programs. The unwanted area is selected with the mouse as if you were painting it with a brush. The interface of the program places a similar texture in the selected region according to the colors and objects that dominate the whole photo.
You can also make fun photos by combining this technique with your imagination. For example, you can make magic touches to your photos by deleting yourself from the environment you are in.
