Almost every day a new test is on the agenda on the Internet. Sometimes tests such as ‘How smart are you’ are popular, while sometimes tests that are not based on any scientific basis and are purely for entertainment purposes can be on the agenda.
Recently, a test called ‘Sexy/Crazy’ has taken over social media. This test, which shows how sexy and how crazy you are, also places you in different zones as “Hopeless Case, Danger, Dating, Fun, Marriage and Unicorn”. So how did this test come about?
It All Started With How I Met Your Mother
Sexy/Crazy test, first How I Met She appeared in the 15th episode of season 3 of the sitcom Your Mother. This painting, shown by Barney, the most iconic character of the series, was an imaginary painting that argued that a person’s insanity should be in direct proportion to their sexyness. According to the painting, if a person was more crazy than sexy, it would cause that person to be in the “Hopeless Case” zone in the painting.
In 2021, the author of the Australian lifestyle website Boss Hunting, Sera Bozza, announced that the sexy/crazy picture really exists and the inferences to be drawn from this table play a ‘critical’ role in the course of relations. Today, the test prepared by IDRlabs, which prepares fun and scientific-based tests, has attracted great interest.
How to do the Sexy/Crazy test?
The test on IDRlabs’ website available here asks you 20 questions and asks you to answer them using a scale of 1 to 5. At the end of the test, it shows the region you belong to in the sexy/crazy table and what percentage you are sexy/crazy. Although many people do not take this test seriously, as it has been revealed in similar tests before, some of the people who use social media very actively take such tests seriously and direct their relationships according to this test.
Scientists, researchers and psychologists have not yet started any research on this test. It is not known how accurately the test reflects your true personality, but let us remind you that the most important factor in relationships is always mutual trust. Such tests should not be counted as a factor in evaluating your relationship.
