Instagram has announced a new feature called Silent Mode to help users take a break from their notifications. As long as this mode is turned on, you will not receive notifications from Instagram and other users will be able to see that your notifications are in Silent Mode.
With this new update, it will be possible to hide more than one content in the Explore section on Instagram. So when you hide a certain type of content, Instagram will try to exclude it in other places like Reels and Search.With the new update to Instagram, these features are currently available in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. However, these features will be made widely available in an upcoming update.
