- Binance has reactivated BinaryX’s BNX/BTC, BNX/BNB, BNX/BUSD and BNX/USDT spot pairs, which it suspended trading for a short time. The transactions that would normally open on February 24 have been delayed.
- LayerZero Labs announced the launch of its new product, Testnet Bridge, on February 21. The bridge will connect Ethereum and Ethereum’s Goerli testnet. It will allow developers to transfer assets between Ethereum and Goerli

- Impossible Finance has announced its integration with Ethereum scaling solution Arbitrum. Integration aims to make quality projects accessible to everyone. It will enable projects to be more inclusive for local users of the Arbitrum community.
- It has been claimed that the Sei Network project has raised $400 million worth of funds. The funding, which has not been officially disclosed, was allegedly collected by the project developers.
- South American blockchain technology company IoV Labs has released the Rootstock Infrastructure Framework (RIF) Flyover, designed to enable seamless Bitcoin (BTC) transfers. RIF will act as a bridge between Bitcoin and the Rootstock sidechain to enable faster transactions.
- Australian blockchain gaming firm Immutable cuts its staff by 11%.
- IOTA developers state that GoShimmer DevNet is closed after the testing phase, so conflict DAG has yet to reveal it. In another development, IOTABee has registered more than $1 million total locked value (TVL) on the IOTA Blockchain network.
OneCoin founder may have been killed
The founder of the scam altcoin project OneCoin was allegedly killed in 2018. According to the Investigative Reporting and Data Bureau (BIRD), a police agent found dead in Sofia had documents confirming the murder of founder Ignatova. Ignatova was killed on a yacht in Greece in November 2018. It is also stated in the document that his body was dismembered and thrown into the Lonian Sea.
Binance announces new French partner
- Cartesi (an application-specific batch execution layer with a Linux runtime) launched the Community Grants Program, which funds developers to help build and expand the Cartesi ecosystem.
- Alchemy Pay announced its new management structure and senior staff appointments. Andy Ng, Ethan Wang, Javier Mascherano, Jonas Cernius, Molly Zheng, Robert McCracken and Shawn Shi are new senior members of the project team.

- Gala Games has acquired Ember Entertainment and announced that it will include all of Ember Entertainment’s mobile games in Gala. The collaboration will include Web3 reward mechanisms and games will be released one after another.
- Ethereum core developer Tim Beiko has announced that the Sepolia Shapella upgrade will take place on February 28 at 07:00.
- DEX platform DyDx (DYDX) has reached the top 10 most purchased tokens among the 1,000 largest Ethereum (ETH) whales.
- Charles Cascarilla, CEO and co-founder of Paxos, the company authorized to issue BUSD, confirmed that Paxos will continue to “invest in setting the standard as a regulated blockchain infrastructure provider” by resolving uncertainties and concerns among the community. - According to token burn tracker Shibburn’s website, the SHIB burn rate has increased by over 708% in the last 24 hours. The increase is thought to be directly related to the Shibarium, which will be released next week.
