The series, which will introduce new and popular Android apps and games on Google Play, will be presented by a team of expert voices, including Google employees and YouTube content producers, on a rotating basis. These videos will appear prominently in the form of a scrollable menu at the top of the Play Store, with the name of the app displayed below each vertical thumbnail. When the video is viewed, the “upload” link will appear just below the player.
It looks like the Google Play Store will include YouTube Shorts videos in addition to the regular videos in the listings. The new video space was first opened to users in the United States.
