Popular meme cryptocurrency Shiba Inu (SHIB) has rebounded almost 70% from its multi-month low of 0.00001704.
According to data obtained by CoinGecko, the price of the Shiba Inu cryptocurrency has increased by about 25% in the past 24 hours. The cryptocurrency was trading at $0.00002790 at the time of writing. Rival meme cryptocurrency Dogecoin (DOGE), on the other hand, has gained 7% in the last 24 hours.
The meme coin has also surpassed $2.4 billion in trading volume. SHIB became the sixth most traded cryptocurrency in the last 24 hours. Shiba Inu is ranked third on Coinbase, the number one crypto exchange in the US.
Due to the recent price increase, the Shiba Inu has moved up to 14th place in terms of market cap. Thus, SHIB was placed in front of Polygon (MATIC).
