Cupra showed up with new electric SUV models!
Press members from all over the world attended the electric SUV event held by Cupra today. As Shiftdele.net, we also took part. In the statement made by the company, it was said that 2 of these cars will be introduced in 2024 and one in 2025.
The first model introduced was the Tavascan. This vehicle uses the 295 hp engine used in the Volkswagen ID.4 GTX. In this way, 0-100 acceleration is around 6 seconds. On the range side, you can travel approximately 480 kilometers thanks to its 77 kWh battery. However, considering external factors, we can say that it will be over 450 kilometers.
Cupra CEO Wayne Griffiths said:
Tonight, we’re showing the full spectrum of Cupra’s next-gen heroes that will be released by 2025. In the medium term, our target is to deliver 500,000 cars per year. We also want to expand ourselves into new international markets and segments. The Cupra family is determined to make all of this happen, it’s the people that matter. Because ultimately it is the people who make the brand.
