If we look at social media, everyone’s life is great. However, there are many factors that determine a person’s quality of life. Your social life, environmental factors, psychology and physical health together constitute your quality of life.
Understanding your overall situation in each of these issues can also help you understand what you can do to live a better life. It can also help you understand that quality of life is much more than vacations taken, items bought, moments shared in stories.
How does the quality of life test work?
From the Cambridge University Center for Psychometrics, Dr. In the test organized by Chris Gibbons, questions were taken from the WHOQOL-100, a quality of life test prepared according to the criteria determined by the World Health Organization, and the test was prepared in a way that could be applied in a computer environment.
In the test, many questions are asked about different areas of life, and with the answers given to these questions, information about the social, physical, psychological and environmental factors we have mentioned above about your life is obtained. Your answers give little marks by presenting a scoreboard of what your general standing is in these areas.
“What happens when I measure my quality of life?”
As a result of the test, you will have an idea about what you can do to improve your quality of life according to the scores you will get from each topic. For example, if your physical or psychological health score is low, you may want to get support by talking to a specialist doctor. You can get an idea about issues that you are not aware of but can be resolved and that affect your life.
If your scores on social or environmental factors are low, you can make small ‘improvements’ for yourself by asking yourself what these problems might be and how they could be resolved. Or you can just solve it for fun and close the tab. We still encourage you to think a little about your test result and solutions…
Just click here to take the test. It will take an average of 5 minutes, after which you will see the result screen. If you want, you can share your answers with us in the comments!
