Japan-based used car export company SBI Motor Japan has announced that it accepts XRP and Bitcoin as payment options.

Tokyo-based e-commerce site “SBI Motor Japan” pays XRP and Bitcoin added to the options. It was reported that the payments will be made through SBI VC Trade, the cryptocurrency trading subsidiary of the financial giant SBI Group.
SBI Group, which also has a company in the African region, highlighted the increase in cryptocurrency adoption in Africa in its announcement.
Last March, SBI Motor Japan established its first office in Tanzania.
Morningstar, a subsidiary of Tokyo-based financial conglomerate SBI Group, has announced that it is expanding its XRP benefits program.
SBI Africa said it will continue to expand its support for crypto assets.
