In the Galaxy S25 series, the “Samsung Messages” application is removed: Google messages become default
Samsung’s decision to remove its unique messaging application, actually began in the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Fold6 series. However, users could still download and use the Samsung Messages from the Play Store or Galaxy Store. According to the new information, Samsung’s messaging application has now been completely removed and the application stores have been deleted.

Samsung officials, on the other hand, said that they are in close cooperation with Google and plan to move all messaging services to Google Posts. It is said that the amendment is made to better integrate Google’s support for RCS (Rich Communication Services) support and improve cross -platform messaging features.
