Samsung will offer 512GB RAM in a single module thanks to DDR5
Operating in many areas of memory production, from VRAM in graphics cards to NAND memories in SSDs, Samsung is breaking new ground in RAM this time. With the spread of DDR5 technology, the way for high-performance RAMs was cleared. Taking advantage of the power of this standard, Samsung was able to offer 512GB RAM and 7200MHz frequency in a single module.

Considering that most of the DDR4 RAMs on the market are only 3200MHz, we can grasp the speed of this memory produced by Samsung. The produced memory also has features other than performance. It was emphasized that the memory has better cooling than its predecessors and has a lower margin of error.
With a transfer rate of 6400Mbps, the memory consumes 30 percent less power than previous generations thanks to the energy efficiency brought by the DDR5 standard. This gives some relief for global warming, which is making us think a lot right now.
The DDR5 demo Samsung has shown will likely get some answers from other memory manufacturers in the near future. Since the performance threshold is set by the DDR5 standard, we expect RAMs at these speeds from other manufacturers as well.
