Samsung made a quick start to 2022 with the Galaxy S22 family and S21 FE models. So much so that the company closed the first and second quarters of the year ahead of Apple with its performance. On the other hand, concentrating on new flagship phones, Samsung is preparing to be assertive with the Galaxy S23.
Galaxy S23 will only use Snapragon 8 Gen 2 chipset
Although Samsung tried to use its own processor in its smartphones, it could not achieve the success it wanted. Eyxnos 2300 seems to have suspended this plan for now, as he could not find what he was looking for with his works. According to the information received, the company has entrusted its flagship phones to Qualcomm.
Samsung was planning to offer the Exynos 2300 processor with 4nm technology to users with Qualcomm’s processor in its flagship smartphone. However, when the expected performance cannot be achieved, the Galaxy S23 will now be entrusted to the Snapragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
On the other hand, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 to be used in the Galaxy S23 series has 1 Cortex-X3, 2 Cortex-A720, 2 Cortex-A710 and 3 Cortex-A510 cores. Adreno 740 will be used as the graphical interface. The company was also offering Snapdragon variant models in our country.
Samsung is preparing the Galaxy S23 to be ambitious. The company took the camera system on smartphones to the next level by using a 108 Megapixel sensor on the S22 Ultra device. Previously, we had information about the future of 200 megapixels. However, this sensor was not expected to be completed this year.
