The standard Galaxy Watch 6 (SM-R930/SM-R935) will have 40mm and 44mm cases. Battery capacities are also reported to be 300 mAh and 425 mAh, respectively.

The Galaxy Watch 6 Pro is planned to be sold in 42mm and 46mm cases. The smaller version will be powered by a 300mAh battery. There is no information about the battery capacity of the larger model, but it is stated that it can exceed 600 mAh.
