Information about Samsung Galaxy S25 Models

A lot of leaks and information have begun to emerge about the Galaxy S25 models that Samsung will launch next year. This information raises curiosity especially about which processors the flagship phones will be equipped with. According to previous statements, it was stated that the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor would be used in the Galaxy S25 Ultra model. However, various claims have been made that different processors such as Exynos and MediaTek will be used for the Galaxy S25 and S25+ models.

Galaxy S25+ Geekbench Test

Among the information leaked in recent days, the appearance of the Galaxy S25 + model in the Geekbench benchmark lists attracted attention. This test is an important reference source for measuring the performance of the device. According to leaks, Galaxy S25+ with model number SM-S936B was tested with 12GB RAM along with Exynos 2500 processor. This information allows users to have a clearer idea about the performance of this flagship phone.

Exynos 2500 Processor and Performance

The Exynos 2500 processor at the heart of the Galaxy S25+ has a 10-core architecture and can operate at a maximum speed of 3.3GHz. While this feature enables the device to deliver high performance, it also offers an advantage in terms of battery efficiency. Exynos 2500 is powered by Xclipse 950 GPU based on AMD’s RDNA architecture. This graphics unit increases visual performance, making gaming and multimedia experiences smoother.

Benchmarking and Performance Analysis

According to Geekbench test results, the Exynos 2500 processor received 2,359 points in single-core performance and 8,141 points in multi-core performance. When evaluating these results, it is important to compare them with the Snapdragon 8 Elite. For example, the Galaxy S25 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Elite scored 3096 points in the single-core test and 9080 points in the multi-core test. This shows that while the Exynos 2500 approaches the Snapdragon 8 Elite in multi-core performance, it lags behind in single-core performance.

Result and Expectations

At this point, it should not be forgotten that the synthetic comparisons do not yet reflect the final performance. More testing and comparisons are needed to determine the real-world performance of the devices. Samsung fans may be expecting only Qualcomm chips to be used in flagship smartphones, but these improvements that come with the Exynos 2500 may worry some users.

When will the Galaxy S25 Series be introduced?

Samsung introduced the previous Galaxy S24 series in January 2024. Therefore, the Galaxy S25 series is also expected to be released in January 2025. However, there is currently no official information about the pricing of the S25 series. Users will continue to follow Samsung’s official statements to get more information about the prices and features of the new models.
