Known for its durable and strong glass series Gorilla Glass, Corning stated that the Galaxy S23 will be protected with Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Thus, the Galaxy S23 will be the first device to be equipped with Corning’s new reinforced glass, the Victus 2.
Gorilla Glass Victus 2 has a structure that is more resistant to drops and impacts than previous generation Victus glasses. The company states that the Victus 2 can survive drops of up to 1 meter on concrete and asphalt. The Samsung Galaxy S23 series will be unveiled at the Unpacked event on February 1.
