Here are the expected features of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra:

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will have some high-end hardware for a flagship Android smartphone to be released in 2023. The phone, which will come with a 5,000 mAh battery, will have a 6.8-inch screen with a resolution of 3088 x 1440 pixels. Therefore, the phone is identical to the Galaxy S22 Ultra in terms of screen size and battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It is also said that the sensor to be used in the Galaxy S23 Ultra will be 200MP ISOCELL HP2. Apart from the main camera, the other three sensors are expected to remain the same as the previous model. This means that the S23 Ultra may continue to feature a 12MP ultra-wide camera and two 10MP telephoto camera sensors with up to 100X zoom.
