The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is expected to be introduced in the first week of February 2023. As the Galaxy S23 Unpacked event approaches, rumors have started to increase. The latest one comes from a reliable source that comes out on Samsung related topics.

All models will be able to shoot 8K video

Ice Universe says the Samsung S23 series will support 8K 30fps video recording. The S23 will be Samsung’s first smartphone model to record 30fps video in 8K resolution. The tipster doesn’t specifically point to the Ultra model. That means the flat Galaxy S23’s camera can shoot 8K 30fps video too.

Since 8K videos take up a lot of space, Samsung is expected to increase the initial storage. As a reminder, the Galaxy S22 series can record video at a maximum quality of 8K 24fps. With the S23, it will be possible to shoot more natural-looking 8K videos with much less stuttering.

Samsung’s upcoming phone’s camera has already been criticized. Users on social media continue to harshly criticize the company.
