Samsung continues to expand its smartphone family. Finally, in August, the company, which introduced the third generation Z Fold and Z Flip, is returning with its 2022 flagship models. The company introduced the Tab 8 series, as well as the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 + and S22 Ultra models, at its Unpacked event held today.

Samsung Galaxy S22+ features
The Samsung Galaxy S22 +, which comes up with quite ambitious features, is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. This processor, which has only been seen in the Xiaomi 12 series and OnePlus 10 Pro models so far, is obtained with 4nm production technology and uses the Adreno graphics processing unit. This CPU is accompanied by 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128/256GB of storage.
When we look at the screen side, we see a 6.6 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel. This screen, which has a Full HD + (1080×2400) resolution, has a 120Hz (Super Smooth) screen refresh rate. At the same time, the 240Hz screen sampling rate is also seen in the Samsung Galaxy S22 + model. Again, the Super Sonic fingerprint reader is located inside this panel.
As usual, Samsung, which is assertive about the camera, uses a triple array on the S22 +. These; 12 Megapixel (f/2.2 120°) ultra wide angle, 50 Megapixel (f/1.8, OIS) ultra wide angle and 10 Megapixel (f/2.4 3x optical zoom) telephoto camera. The front camera of the phone has 10 Megapixels and f / 2.2 aperture.
When we look at the battery of the device, we see a battery of 4,500 mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S22+, which charges from its port with USB-C, has 45W wireless charging support. At the same time, 15W wireless charging and wireless charging sharing are also supported in this product. Unfortunately, a 45W adapter is not included in the box.
The S22+, which comes out of the box with Android 12-based One UI 4.1, also incorporates modern connection technologies. These; NFC for 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 and Samsung Pay that you can use in supported regions. The phone, which has IP68 certification, can withstand a depth of 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.
