Samsung introduced three new Galaxy A series smartphone models today. The most striking of these was undoubtedly the Galaxy A73 5G model.
Foxconn considering setting up new factory in Saudi Arabia
Galaxy A73 5G has been improved in many areas, keeping all the advantages of its predecessor. The device is powered by Snapdragon 778G, one of the most successful and productive processors in its segment. RAM is available in 6 or 8 GB, flash memory in 128 or 256 GB. The Galaxy A73 5G also has a slot for microSD, which is becoming less and less common among expensive smartphones, but the headphone jack has been removed.
Galaxy A73 5G has a large 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with 120Hz support. There are also changes to the camera. The 108-megapixel sensor is now the main sensor, but no telephoto lens. Because the Galaxy A72 had it, and this was the distinguishing feature of the device in the relevant price range.
When will the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G go on sale?
As for the rest of the cameras, besides the 12 megapixel ultra-wide sensor, there are two more modules of 5 megapixels each. The resolution of the front camera is 32 megapixels. The battery capacity in the device is 5000 mAh, there is a 25-watt charger and, annoyingly, it is not included in the box. Fortunately, Samsung didn’t touch the water protection (IP67). The dimensions of the device are 163.7 x 76.1 x 7.6 mm and it weighs 181 g.
Galaxy A73 5G will go on sale on April 22. Its price is unknown but it has been reported that the device will only launch in some markets. It should also be noted that the smartphone will come out of the box with Android 12 and One UI 4.1 interface.
