Samsung quietly launched its latest Galaxy A series smartphones in Malaysia today. We are talking about the Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s models. Both devices have been on the agenda with their leaks for a while.
The new models have a 6.7 inch LCD screen. The Galaxy A05 version has HD+ resolution, while the Galaxy A05s has FHD+ resolution. A05s has a 13-megapixel front camera in the waterdrop notch. On the other hand, the A05 model is equipped with an 8 megapixel selfie camera.
The biggest difference between the two smartphones lies in the processor. Galaxy A05s has Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset. Galaxy A05 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 platform. In addition, let us remind you that the phones are offered with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage that can be expanded with a microSD card.

Galaxy A05 has a rear camera system consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The Galaxy A05s also has a similar configuration but has a third 2-megapixel macro camera. Both phones are powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
In the new models, the software side is entrusted to Android 13-based OneUI Core. While the Galaxy A05 is offered in black, light green and silver colors, the A05s is also available in purple. The price tags and release dates of the smartphones have not been announced yet.
