Exynos 2400, the processor that Samsung will probably use in the Samsung Galaxy S24 model, has appeared. Using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor in the Galaxy S23 this year, Samsung prefers its own processor for the S24.
Exynos 2400 rivaling Snapdragon 8 Gen 3?
While Samsung uses its own processor in some models, some models use processors developed by Qualcomm. Using the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset in the Samsung Galaxy S23, one of its latest flagship models, Samsung is considering using the Exynos 2400 for the Galaxy S24, which it will introduce next year.
The features of Exynos 2400, a 10-core processor, have emerged today. The Exynos 2400, which comes with the “1+2+3+4” configuration, has a Cortex-X4 core running at 3.10 GHz. In addition, two Cortex-A720, operating at 2.90 GHz, Cortex-A720 operating at 2.6 GHz and four Cortex-A520 operating at 1.8 GHz come with Exynos 2400.
Galaxy S24 with 320 Megapixel camera and 8K 60 FPS video recording support
On the graphics side, the Samsung Exynos 2400, which has Xclipse 940 GPU, has LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 support. Offering camera support up to 320 Megapixels, Exynos 2400 also allows 8K 60 FPS video recording. Finally, it is known that Exynos 2400, which allows 10 Gbps download speed, will allow 3.87 Gbps upload speed.
