Speaking at the SID Review event, a Samsung executive highlighted that Apple needed to commercialize a foldable product for the entire foldable market to be successful. Judging by the way the manager spoke, the panel might be designed for use on a laptop, namely the MacBook.
Before this Apple product comes out, Samsung needs to fix a few flaws in its foldable display technology to meet Apple standards. These could be improvement of panel durability and crease trace.
