Samsung appears to be developing a batch of new Galaxy A mid-range phones with 5G and some models may be available before the end of the month. Among these models, Galaxy A73 5G, the successor model of the Galax A72, which has achieved significant success, may also take place and it looks like it will be quite powerful.
Galaxy Club reported seeing the Galaxy A73 5G on Geekbench 5, an online performance comparison service. The phone carries the model number SM-A736B which means it is an international 5G variant.
More importantly, the Galaxy A73 seems to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G chipset.
Most Galaxy phones scheduled for release in 2022 will certainly come with Android 12. According to Geekbench, the Galaxy A73 5G will also be offered with this operating system. In addition, the phone will have 8 GB of RAM alongside the Snapdragon 778G SoC.
The phone, which looks quite impressive, could be almost perfect for its class.
