In the tests carried out, it was determined that the software reduced the application performance of the phone by 56 percent, while it was observed that the performance restrictions were removed when the package name of the application was changed.
Responding to Korean users about the new issue, the company said, “The GOS (Game Optimization Service) of the Samsung Galaxy S22 series is preloaded to optimize CPU and GPU performance and prevent overheating when playing games for a long time. Different customers’ availability “We plan to update Game Booster Lab as soon as possible to provide the option to prioritize performance to meet their needs.”
