Sam Bankman-Fried responded to FTX CEO John Ray’s statements on his Twitter account.
Although SBF expressed that it was happy about Ray’s idea of restarting the stock market, it did not neglect to criticize while doing so.

Regarding FTX CEO John Ray’s statements, SBF said on Twitter:
“I’m glad that after months of smashing such efforts, Mr. Ray has shown a so-called commitment to restart the stock market!
I’m still waiting for FTX US to acknowledge that it has the solvency and give customers their money back”

FTX CEO Ray answered questions publicly for the first time since he took over the exchange. Ray noted that while the company explored the possibilities of paying its customers and creditors, they also discussed the possibility of restarting operations.
Ray also pointed out that they have formed a research team for this possibility.
Ray stated that every possibility is on the table and if a way forward is found, they will implement it.
“We have partners we work with who think this is achievable. Even if the issue of relaunching the exchange is gaining interest, the status of FTX’s customers remains unclear.”
