RTÜK Launches Investigation into Netflix’s Animated Series

Developed by Zack Stentz and written by Michael Crichton, Netflix production Jurassic World Cretaceous Camp began broadcasting on September 18, 2020. The reason for the review is that children and young people are adversely affected

Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) Chairman Ebubekir Şahin announced that an investigation has been started on the animated series Jurassic World Cretaceous Camp broadcast on Netflix. In a statement on his Twitter account, Şahin said, “As RTÜK, we follow digital platforms closely. We are determined not to allow content that may negatively affect children and youth and disregard our values. With this awareness, an investigation has been initiated on the production called Jurassic World Cretaceous Camp, which was broadcast on the Netflix platform.” made statements.

The experts, who stated that the children who watched the series, which was broadcast as 7 years + until this time, and their parents will not pay attention to the age of 18+ because the new season of the series has come out, think that this scene is not true and will negatively affect the children. Netflix, on the other hand, did not make any statement about the series that came to the fore with such a scene.
