It has portfolios of more than 40 core assets that generate more than $15 billion in annual revenue. The total value of assets under the company’s management currently reaches $103 billion.
The conditions under which Thoma Bravo will compete with Elon Musk for the right to take control of Twitter, and whether this will happen, remains to be determined. American media first reported on Thursday Thoma Bravo’s intentions to take part in the privatization of Twitter.
