Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said that if the SEC wins the XRP case, they will leave the US.
Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of blockchain company Ripple, gave an interview to Axios at the Collision conference in Toronto. In his statement on the subject, Garlinghouse said that if they lose the case, they will not only consider leaving the USA and will do so directly; On the other hand, he said that losing the case will not change anything in the crypto industry.
As it is known, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) accused Ripple of selling XRP, which it describes as unregistered security, in December 2020.
