Blockchain giant Ripple seems to have another success against the US Securities and Exchange Commission. As it is known, Ripple was saying that the SEC did not give sufficient notice to consider XRP as a security. While the SEC tries to circumvent Ripple’s “fair notice” defense; Judge Analisa Torres rejected the SEC’s motion to block Ripple from using the “Fair Notice Defense”.
