The General Directorate of Security announced a new service that came into our lives on e-Government in its statement today. According to the statement, drivers and vehicle owners will now be able to access the records of damaged traffic accidents involving them via e-Government. Work on the provision of the service over e-Government was completed and the service became available as of January 3.

In the ‘Traffic Accident Detection Report Inquiry’ service of the General Directorate of Security in e-Government, there is also an important warning concerning those who will benefit from this service. The service can only query the minutes of traffic accidents with material damage that took place as of January 1, 2022. In other words, the minutes of the accidents before this date cannot be accessed via e-Government.
