Redmi, one of Xiaomi’s sub-brands, introduced its new affordable phone in Nigeria. Actually, there was no direct announcement or launch. Redmi 10C features and price were announced with a post on Xiaomi Nigeria’s Twitter account.
In the image where the device is shared in three different colors, black, blue and green, it is stated that the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. The octa-core processor, which is produced with a 6 nm fabrication process and can go up to 2.4 GHz, has Kryo 265 cores.

While Adreno 610 meets the power needed on the graphics side, 390 Mbps download and 150 Mbps upload speed can be reached thanks to the Snapdragon X11 LTE modem.
These numbers are very low nowadays, where some phones can offer 2 – 3 Gbps download speeds. However, it is sufficient when we consider the internet speeds in the regions where it is offered for sale and the segment it appeals to. There are two cameras and LED flash on the back of the device, while the main sensor is 50 Megapixels. The fingerprint reader of the Redmi 10C, which has a 6.71-inch screen, is located on the back cover.

We don’t know more about Redmi 10C specifications yet, we have to wait for it to be listed on Xiaomi’s website. The price of the Redmi 10C is $190 for the starter model, that is, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. For 128GB storage, you need to pay $210.
