There was a great interest in the charity campaign launched by Epic Games last month, where certain purchases within the Fortnite game will be donated to non-governmental organizations in Ukraine.

V-Buck package purchases, Fortnite Crew subscriptions, gift tickets, cosmetic packages sold for real money were accepted as donations in the campaign that took place between March 20 and April 3.
Fortnite players support Ukraine
36 million dollars were collected on the first day, and 108 million dollars were collected in the remaining days of the game. Thus, a huge amount of 144 million dollars emerged. The biggest contribution in this amount came from Xbox, as all Fortnite expenditures made through the Microsoft Store are included.
The collected aid was conveyed to non-governmental organizations working for Ukraine such as Direct Relief, UNICEF, UN Food Programme. It was stated that the campaign will not affect the revenues of the content producers, but there are those who donate their income from the producers.
