Radeon RX 6400 not overclocking

When AMD’s RX 6400 graphics card, which was prepared for the entry level, was released last week, the players were not put into great expectations. It is undesirable for the small price tag to affect the sales performance of other cards.

Overclocking has an important place in entry-level graphics cards, which are very affordable, because players can gain some more performance thanks to this. However, it can create a disadvantage for the manufacturer as it blocks the model in the next step.

The Radeon RX 6400 graphics card, which performs the same as the GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card and lags behind the Radeon RX 570 graphics card, reveals that the overclocking feature is turned off. Also missing are the 64-bit bus, PCIe x4 limitation, and the absence of 4K H.264/H.265 and AV1 codecs.

Radeon RX 6400, which was launched with a price tag of $ 159, is far from promising. However, it remains to be seen whether AMD will make overclocking accessible in the future, or whether it will be possible to overclock with third-party software.
