American chip maker Qualcomm is preparing to introduce its new chipset for mobile devices. The company announced that it will hold an event in China on March 17. According to sources, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 will be produced in TSMC’s 4 nm fabrication process. The chipset will include a Cortex-X2 core with a maximum clock speed of 2.95 GHz, three Cortex-A510 cores with a frequency of 2.5 GHz and four Cortex-A710 cores with a clock speed of 1.8G Hz. On the graphics side, the Adreno 725 GPU will be responsible.
