Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G specifications
The processor introduced by Qualcomm today has 1 x 2.71GHz Cortex-A78, 3 x 2.40GHz Cortex-A78 and 4 x 1.80GHz Cortex-A55 cores. Adreno 642L is used in the graphical interface of the Snapdragon 782G model, which is produced with 6nm technology.
With the processor introduced with LPDDR5 support, 16 GB of RAM can be used at a frequency of 3.2GHz. Smartphone manufacturers will be able to include a FullHD Plus 144Hz display on their smartphones with the Snapdragon 782G processor.
Qualcomm announced that its new processor also includes 200 Megapixel sensor support. Snapdragon 782G offers HDR 30FPS video recording at 4K resolution.
Another remarkable feature of the processor is the Snapdragon X53 5G Modem technology. Users will be able to reach 3.7Gbps download and 1.6Gbps upload speed over the cellular network with their Snapdragon 782G processor phones.
The new model includes NFC, WiFi 6E (maximum 2.9Gbps) and Bluetooth 5.2 connection technologies. Qualcomm announced that Quick Charge 4 Plus fast charging technology will be available to users with the Snapdragon 782G.
The first smartphone to come with the new processor has been announced. Honor 80 will be introduced with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G processor at the launch today.
