Twitter launched its new feature “Twitter Circle” last year. The feature allowed users to send private tweets to people they chose and share their thoughts with a smaller group. Only the people you specified could be found around you and interact with your tweets.
But last month, many people using the feature started saying that their private tweets were somehow seen by outsiders. A few days ago, a statement on the subject came from Twitter.
