Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson is at odds with the Ripple (XRP) community after sharing an opinion on the SEC and the Ripple lawsuit. While the community is against Hoskinson, the Ripple co-founder shares opposing views.
Ripple Co-Founder Shares His Views on Cardano
According to Charles Hoskinson, some communities like XRP believe there is corruption within the commission and this is the main reason why the SEC is targeting Ripple. But Hoskinson thinks that’s not the case.
Hoskinson says the main reason the SEC is harming digital assets is the lack of regulatory clarity and creating a tighter framework that the SEC can work with. The XRP community insists that Hoskinson was wrong and that a Cardano is part of a conspiracy.
Separately, some may not be aware, but Charles has been instrumental in crypto + climate initiatives, specifically researching and developing code for Proof of Useful Work (a way for Bitcoin to become a carbon-negative chain). I appreciate you engaging on this important issue!

Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen supports the theory stating that unlike the community, the SEC uses regulation to bring all crypto into its mandate. At the same time, he praised Cardano’s working system, referring to it.
