Poloniex and Bittrex attorneys have submitted requests to the court to have Roche Freedman removed from the class action lawsuit.
Roche Freedman co-founder Kyle Roche has filed to withdraw from the Tether class action lawsuit after a series of leaked videos were questioned about their relationship with Ava Labs.
Bittrex and Poloniex’s Lawyer Claims Roche Freedman
The lawyers of Poloniex and Bittrex submitted a request to the court to dismiss Roche Freedman from the lawsuit in the class action lawsuit.
Bitfinex and Tether recently sent a letter requesting that Roche Freedman be removed from the lawsuit following an incident targeting Kyle Roche. In the new development, the lawyers of Poloniex and Bittrex also sent a letter supporting Roche Freedman’s termination from the case.

Roche Freedman filed a class action lawsuit against several exchanges in 2020. The investors and trading firms they represent claimed that the exchanges are collaborating with stablecoin provider Tether to manipulate the crypto markets. Bitfinex, Bittrex and Poloniex were among the defendants.
