Podcasts on YouTube Music are free, no Premium subscription required. Podcasts can be listened offline on demand and can be listened to in the background with video and audio. Podcasts can be accessed from the home page by tapping the Podcast section at the top of the screen. There is a Discover feature to find popular podcasts based on categories such as music, health, fitness, business, society, culture, and a search tab to find podcasts of a particular person.
Coming soon outside the US
Google says the podcast listening experience on YouTube Music is designed to complement the video podcast experience available on YouTube. YouTube gradually began rolling out the update to the podcasts in the United States; It will soon be available to users outside of the United States.
