According to former PlayStation manager Shuhei Yoshida, Sony would first produce the Legendary Game Console Playstation with Nintendo. Even this was not real, the first game of PlayStation was made.
Following his departure from Sony last month, Yoshida told Minnmax 31 years in the company and the first business day in which Nintendo PlayStation has not yet been released.
Initially, there was a partnership between Sony and Nintendo to develop a CD-ROM plug-in for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) named Snes-CD. However, the cooperation failed at the end and the project resulted in the release of the original PlayStation by Sony. According to Yoshida, the game can still be in Sony’s archives.
Nintedo prepared an advanced version of the game called Silpheed developed in 1986 for the game console to be released with Sony. Beyond that time, the game was acclaimed in the company as a production in which advanced graphics were stored in a large storage area on the CD. However, when the partnership did not realize, the game was never published.
